What to Expect

Sensitive Support Sessions are 50 minutes long and held over Zoom. You can expect a mixture of discussion, guided journaling, goal setting, and mindfulness practices to encourage self-exploration and nervous system soothing. My intention is for you to feel deeply understood and hopeful by the end of our time together.

Note that these are short-term coaching sessions, not in-depth therapy work.

Fees

The fee is $225 per session and payment is collected online at the time of booking. You can book one support session at a time based on your needs. I do not offer packages at this time, as most folks find 1-2 sessions are exactly what they need.
